1Mirafit soft touch hex dumbbells, 2 x 5kg
A pair of 5kg dumbbells covers a lot of home workouts, from curls and rows to lunges and goblet squats. Mirafit's soft-touch coating is comfortable to hold and kinder to floors than bare metal, and the hex shape stops them rolling away. They're sold as a pair, so this is a ready-to-use set.
Pros
Sold as a pair.
Soft coating is gentler on floors.
Hex shape won't roll.
Cons
A single weight, so they may outgrow it.
A mat is still recommended.

What to buy someone who loves training at home
The best gifts for home gym users save space and help recovery. Adjustable dumbbells replace a rack of weights, and a massage gun helps after hard sessions. Straps, a shaker bottle and a skipping rope cost less and suit most routines. Check the space they have and the weights they already lift.
How we picked these gifts for home gym users
We picked each product for what home gym users enjoy and because it makes sense as a present. The order is our own choice. The pros and cons come from published product details, not customer reviews.
